Students are ordinarily admitted in the beginning of the academic year which commences in January. Exception to the above rule may be made at the sole discretion of the school authorities. In case of fresh admission on exceptional grounds to any class, however school fees will be charge from the beginning of the school year even though the child is admitted at any other time. Nobody can claim admission as a matter of right and the school authorities can refuse admission without assigning any reason thereof.
Age limit or L.K.G is minimum 3yrs and maximum 4yrs. Further every child seeking admission must be introduce in person to the principal by his/her parents/legal guardians and must pass the entrance examination if the principal deems it necessary.
Parents who wish to admit their child shall apply for the same in the prescribe application form obtainable from the school office.
Parents whose children are selected for admission should fill up the admission form together with the Transfer Certificate (T.C) and other necessary documents from the school he/she last attended. Students who come from a state outside Odisa should have their T.C counter-signed by the Education Officer of that place.
Name and date of birth endorsed by a competent civil authority is to be submitted at the time of the first admission. Once entered in the Admission register, this will not be altered.
Application for T.C along with the T.C fee of Rs.50/-(and postage when it is necessary) should be paid at the office by the parents minimum seven days before the T.C is to be issued.
T.C. will be issued only after all the dues are cleared.
School authorities have the right to refuse admission or continuation of studies to any other candidate/students whose conduct, attendance or progress in studies is unsatisfactory, such as:
Behaviour problem.
Moral Breach considered to be serious by the school authority.
Involving in activities that are detrimental to the unity, integrity and the secular spirit of the country.
Constant weakness in studies.
Irregularity in payment of fees.
Habitual late- coming.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Tuition fees as well as transport fees are charge for twelve months of the year.
Fees should be paid on or before 10th of the month of the instalment. Defaulters may clear their dues between the 11th and the last working day of the month with a default fine of Rs.10/-. An additional Rs.10/- will be charge for every subsequent month.
If fees are not paid for two consecutive months, before the next instalment, the student’s name will automatically be struck of the rolls. In such case re-admission which is equivalent to fresh admission is left to the discretion of the management.
Three months tuition fees are to be paid at the time of admission to any class.
Parents will kindly preserve the receipt issued to them and produce them as a proof of payment of fees, if demanded.
Students shall not be allowed to sit for half yearly or annual examination unless all dues are cleared.
